Dedicated staff at Belong at Home are celebrating after receiving a number of awards and diplomas, recognising their commitment to providing high quality home care in Belong’s annual Champion Awards ceremony. The prestigious ceremony took place at the historic Vale Royal Abbey in Northwich, Cheshire.
Rachael Gray from the Practice Development Team of Belong at Home received the Mentor of the Year Award, the PDF team won the Embracing Change Award whilst 9 Belong at Home recipients were given diplomas in the categories of Health and Social Care, Business and Administration and Customer service.
Deborah Wyche and Stephanie Hupton from Belong at Home Atherton are amongst the diploma recipients as well as Gail Davidson, Margaret Dyson, Marlene Oultram, Michelle Hunter and Ruth Gazeley from Macclesfield. Liz Ralphs from Wigan and Helen Pemberton from Crewe also received diplomas.
The candidates were interviewed by an external independent judging panel of social care experts, who put them through their paces as part of the assessment process.
